👉 HOW YOU'LL DO THE PACKET OF YOUR OMR SHEET
After evaluation, school will insert the class wise filled-up OMR sheets along with detailed attendance sheet in packets which will be provided for the purpose and will seal the same. These individual packets will be again placed in a tamper proof high security single packet [which will be available under OMRsheet packet ] to be sealed properly.

1.. Lower Primary four packet [Class 1 to class 5]
👉 One (1) School Evaluation OMR sheet.👉 Pre-printed class wise student evaluation OMR sheet for Class-1 (One OMR per 10 students) –Class Wise.👉 Pre-printed class wise student evaluation OMR sheet for Class-2 (One OMR per 10 students) –Class Wise.👉. Pre-printed Student Evaluation OMR sheet from Class 3 to 5 (one for each student) –Class Wise.
NB: ALL FOUR PACKET WILL HAVE TO BE INSERTED IN TO A PLASTIC TAMPER PROOF ENVELOPE THAT WILL BE AVAILABLE INSIDE THE OMR PACKET. ONE ATTENDANCE SHEET INSERT ALONG WITH FOUR PACKET.SO ITEMS WILL BE FIVE UNDER THE MAJOR PACKET AND ONE ANOTHER ATTENDANCE SHEET SEND BINDING WITH THE MAJOR PACKET. DO ALL SIGNATURE IN EVERY PACKET AT SEALING AREA.
WRITE DOWN PROPERLY WHAT YOU HAVE INSERTED UNDER THE MAJOR PACKET AND ATTACHED LABEL AND DO SIGNATURE.
2.Upper Primary (All) Medium School two packet [Class 6 to class 8]
👉 One(1) School Evaluation OMR sheet.👉 . Pre-printed Student Evaluation OMR sheet from Class 6 to 8 (one for each student) –Class Wise.
NB: ALL TWO PACKET WILL HAVE TO BE INSERTED IN TO A YELLOW TAMPER PROOF ENVELOPE THAT WILL BE AVAILABLE INSIDE THE OMR PACKET. ONE ATTENDANCE SHEET INSERT ALONG WITH TWO PACKET.SO ITEMS WILL BETHRE UNDER THE MAJOR PACKET AND ONE ANOTHER ATTENDANCE SHEET SEND BINDING WITH THE MAJOR PACKET.DO ALL SIGNATURE IN EVERY PACKET AT SEALING AREA.
